  • All listings are free, but users may choose optional paid add-ons for extra exposure (e.g. homepage banners, featured spots).

  • Add-ons will be invoiced, and features will only go live once payment has cleared.

  • Event listings are not submitted via the dashboard — to list an event, users must email details to: events@letsgrowmzansi.co.za.

  • All members must provide accurate, up-to-date information and keep their profiles honest and reflective of real services.

  • LetsGrowMzansi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or misbehave in our digital backyard.

3. Payments and Billing

  • Optional paid services (like add-ons and ad boosts) must be paid in full before activation.

  • Users will receive invoices for selected add-ons.

  • Payment methods and instructions will be provided at checkout or via invoice.

  • No refunds for services already rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • LetsGrowMzansi reserves the right to adjust pricing or features with reasonable notice.

4. Content Submission and Advertising

  • Users can submit listings and ads that align with our values and community vibe.

  • All content must be accurate, lawful, and placed in the correct category.

  • Listings should include valid contact info, a clear description, and an authentic business or event.

  • We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any content that violates our standards.

  • The following content is strictly prohibited:

    • Adult content or sexually explicit services

    • Alcohol, tobacco, or vaping promotions

    • Gambling or betting services

    • Political propaganda or campaigns

    • Anything illegal, harmful, offensive, or misleading

5. Event Submissions

  • To list an event, users must email full event details to events@letsgrowmzansi.co.za.

  • All events must be real, safe, and open to the public unless stated otherwise.

  • Include accurate dates, times, locations, and contact info.

  • We do not take responsibility for the accuracy, safety, or outcomes of any events listed.

6. User-Generated Content

  • Users are 100% responsible for the content they post — we’re just the bridge between businesses and the public.

  • LetsGrowMzansi takes no liability for false, misleading, or harmful info submitted by users.

  • We reserve the right to moderate or remove any content that goes against our community vibe or legal standards.

  • You can report any shady content to us for review.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We are committed to POPIA compliance (Protection of Personal Information Act).

  • All personal data is collected lawfully and only used for running this platform.

  • We never sell your personal information — that’s just not how we roll.

  • Users can request to access, update, or delete their data anytime by contacting us.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All design elements, branding, and software on LetsGrowMzansi.co.za are protected.

  • Users retain ownership of the content they submit, but by uploading it, grant us permission to display and promote it.
